I ordered a Sanae Fumo (as well as some other nice prints and stickers) a few weeks ago. It arrived relatively quickly, together with some additional goodies and a nice thank you card, which I was really happy about. Another good thing was the shipping cost: While some prices may be a bit steep, the shipping cost is fixed and doesn't increase the more you buy, so if you want to order some stickers (all of which are from amazing artists) for your friend as well, you might actually save quite a bit.

This was for a birthday and arrived in plenty of time. It is very high quality. It was a very well appreciated gift!

This store is quick and efficient with getting things shipped out, and everything shows up exactly as advertised. The fumos are genuine Gift products, and are indeed "cherry" as described, still in their original double-bagged manufacturer's packaging with the tin badge and quality control inspection slip included.

In the case of this order, not even an hour after I placed it, I got an email from the store admin saying there would be a slight delay of a few days to ship it out. On-point communication there. They gave a future date they'd send it out, and when that day came they indeed sent it, so they keep their promises. In apology for the delay, they offered to pack in a few extra courtesy items on top of what I ordered. And after my friend received and opened it, we found that they sent... a lot more than I anticipated. Like, wow. The sheer generosity for such a minor service inconvenience was almost concerning.

The listed prices for the fumos are pretty steep compared to the official store prices, but it's just as fair if not more fair than a lot of second-hand listings, and you can guarantee you'll get exactly what you paid for with no bullshit. If you missed the drop from the official store, Youkai Mountain has your back with a solid, consistent option to get it into your collection. If they have what you're looking for, I can't recommend this store enough.

I'm completely satisfied with my Sanae fumo! I absolutely love her! There isn't any problems with her, and this is also my first fumo, so I'm very happy. I know the prices are pretty expensive, but it's definitely worth it if you are trying to get a specific fumo. (I'm just updating my previous review, because I thought there was a problem with the fumo, but after I asked some people online, I found out all fumos tend to have that, so it's supposed to be like that.)
